Hello all,
So my first blog and still trying to figure this all out, but if you noticed the title we will be discussing poker. My goal is to find out if there is a common link to addictions concerning on-line poker compared to live poker. Before Chris Moneymaker won the WSOP in 2003, poker was really not that popular. But the way he got to the WSOP was playing on-line and qualifing for a seat by winning a tournament. Since this time, Texas hold'em has taken off like a rocket and more and more people are playing. Either on-line or in playing in casinos have had huge success. So which one is more addicting on-line or live play? People have said that since on-line poker is such easy acccess, all you need is the internet and a computer you can play anytime and all the time. But in order to play live, you either need to live near a casino or have a home game. So which do you think is more addiciting? Help me find this answer, if there is one.
